confused with service

      Hello AlanCairns,

      Please try to restrict your questions to one thread instead of using multiple threads (this is the fourth thread on the subject). As I have already in your other threads - the issue of blurry ID pictures need to be cleared with the support. To contact our support you need to use the ticket system (which you have already done). Now please await their reply or follow the instructions they have given you (e.g. send in a good quality ID picture).

      no i understand what a ticket means, i just dont understand why i have to write a ticket? they didnt give me a reason i just got an email after sending my id that i need to contact ticket support, i dont get it why do i need to contact ticket support? what should i say?
