      -----

      Preflop: I raised for value + dead money. In retrospect, the hand play very well in a multiway pot so I should just complete.

      Flop: we are 3-way and (for some reason) I thought I could fold out lower pocket pairs - very unlikely. After my bet I felt committed.
      In reality, I need 28.30% equity to call and if counting my 6 outs for a pair and 1 out for a backdoor flush it would seem that I have enough (7 x 4 = 28).
      However, I should discount the rake and including hands that already beat me and my real equity would look something like this:

      Board: 6s3d3c
      Equity Win Tie
      MP2 77.48% 77.33% 0.15% { 22+ }
      MP3 22.52% 22.36% 0.15% { KcJc }

      So a fold is in order. Unless my range estimation is too tight?

      Hi Dawidas,

      Preflop: looks fine

      Postflop: Given the 2 players IP to us our weaker hand I'd just check/fold the flop.

      So ck/fold would be my plan.

      Mmm, this hand relies greatly to my question in nearby thread:

      Interesting to listen to opinions.

      Your question is a bit vague and requires some actual examples.

      But if I look at the KQs example you gave I would rather 3-bet to isolate the fish than just call after the fish called a UTG open. Even though calling is probably fine 3-betting is far superior.

      Perhaps you can post an example of your own with such a scenario or you can make one up.
