      Hero wins 86.92 BB

He looks loose, folds 3/3 on flop in 3bet pot.
Is it ok to check call on this board which I crashed? I am not sure how to interpret his stats. Should I consider him as passive fish by looking at his VPiP and PFR, or loose aggresive? He has 2.5 AF flop, so I think he belongs to the loose aggro player, so I can let him bluff? And vs passive guy I can bet myself?

Would it be ok to look at their AF, and make this decision? Also what is the best vs reggs? Bet bet bet for deception? Or if he floats, bet, ch/c, ch/call?

Just bet and keep betting yourself. Dont draw such conclusions based on vpip and pfr - that's really far fetched. You would need more specific postflop stats like bet ip vs missed cbet.
