      Hero (BTN): $19.41
      SB: $21.09
      BB: $14.87
      UTG: $4.00
      MP: $10.00
      CO: $11.51

Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is BTN with K :diamond: K :spade:
1 fold, MP raises to $0.30, CO calls $0.30, Hero raises to $1.20, 3 folds, CO calls $0.90

      Flop: ($2.85) 9 :spade: Q  6 :diamond: (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $1.85, CO calls $1.85

      Turn: ($6.55) 7 :diamond: (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $3.15, CO raises to $8.46, Hero folds

Villain is 24/19 on 160 hands. he folds 71% overall vs cbet, and has aggression frequencies in the low 20's. (except on flop 37%) He folds to 3bet 50% of the time.

I time-banked before betting because I was trying to estimate his range and he snap-shoved. I don't know if I induced a move or not, but I forced myself to fold. Despite the fact that his pre-flop line didn't add up to me I still couldn't see this guy making a move like this without the percieved nuts.

This is a tough spot especially based on the snap shove timing and the slightly deeper stacks. Ev of both decisions are close.

If he had minraised turn i think we can fold. Since he check jammed in a 3b pot i think calling it off is fine too (some draws and maybe he checkjams aq for protection) but perhaps based on all your reads folding could be slightly better.

Folding seems very reasonable, especially if he folds to bets 70 %. In this case the hand is most likely slow-played set, not that much of a AQ or stuff. So fold is fine. I understand his jam as you guys don't have that much stack left and he would most likely be scared of 8, T or club.
