No point in cold 4betting pre?

Is there any merit for taking an alternate line on the flop?

Given villain stats easy call especially with 3bettor being short?

      Thanks

      Hi.

Utg doesnt rep much besides lower pps, 4 combos of sets and flushdraws. Co is also short so i dont mind stacking off here.
