      You posted KK in the title but you have JJ in hand.

      If you had KK I think calling down is obvious after the preflop call.

      With JJ it's tougher but given the odds and that he is definitely on the aggressive side from SB I think it's still a close call down. If you didn't get such good odds I would fold.

      That said, there's also more to the hand than the river decision. Does he 3bet wide vs CO from SB or just vs BU? What kind of range, polarised/depolarised?

      I think we have to fold river. You can't make profitable call if you don't give him many bluffs in the range. I am not sure even how he will play here TT. And the flop is too dry to give him here busted draws in range.
      But anyway I would call always here 2 streets, and on the table it is really hard to find this tough fold.
      Also there is one more option - 4bet-call preflop if you have pretty agressive image here. But call isn't a mistake, I assume.

      You don't have to give him that many bluffs. The problem overall is lack of information.. Ofc he will bet the 18 overpair combos in his range that beat us.. That said, what about A5s, A4s and backdoor spades? All bluffs that make sense.. We need to be good 22% of the time here only which is a very small amount..

      Very tight range for barreling yet we should call:

      Board: 9:diamond: 3:spade: 2:club:  8:spade:  9:club:
             Equity     Win     Tie
      MP2    23.99%  23.99%   0.00% { JdJc }
      MP3    76.01%  76.01%   0.00% { QQ+, AsKs, AsQs, AsJs, AsTs, As9s, As8s, As7s, As6s }
