Guy is something like 39/32 with 89 AFq after 50 hands. However he is far more spewy than his stats suggest because of random spew and slowplaying he tries to be tricky which makes him hard to read but he is generally making -EV plays with both strong and weak hands.

Not really sure what to do on any street, don't think I can raise flop as that just gets rid of all his bluff spew.

Turn helps his range way more than mine but most likely still ahead.

River call feels kinda marginal but I do think I'll have the best hand >30% of the time.

I think river call is just a standart versus lose-agressive player.
The turn decision is much more interesting, since we can here make a raise for value. I don't think he will push here worst hands, so I would raise 3x for value and protection, because his bet looks like an attemp to buy his draws cheaply.

I think you played it fine. Im not too sure if u can raise the turn for value so ill prefer that u take the safer option of calling. River is standard.
