      BB: 134.62 BB (VPIP: 22.79, PFR: 17.28, 3Bet Preflop: 6.42, Hands: 282)
      CO: 111.46 BB (VPIP: 27.74, PFR: 22.26, 3Bet Preflop: 7.51, Hands: 1,406)
      BTN: 128.5 BB (VPIP: 28.57, PFR: 21.43, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 15)
      Hero (SB): 102 BB

Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A:diamond: J:heart:

CO raises to 3 BB, BTN calls 3 BB, Hero raises to 12 BB, fold, CO calls 9 BB, BTN calls 9 BB

      Flop: (37 BB, 3 players) 7:heart: 4:spade: J:diamond:
Hero bets 14 BB, CO calls 14 BB, fold

      Turn: (65 BB, 2 players) T:heart:
Hero checks, CO bets 45.5 BB, Hero raises to 76 BB, CO calls 30.5 BB

      River: (217 BB, 2 players) 3:club:

CO shows Q:heart: K:heart: (High Card, King) (Pre 44%, Flop 28%, Turn 43%)
Hero shows A:diamond: J:heart: (One Pair, Jacks) (Pre 56%, Flop 72%, Turn 57%)
      Hero wins 213 BB

Is cbet size ok? To get light calls or pushes? CO would 4bet JJ+, probably TT, so I think I am favorite here. I dont think he calls 77 sqeeze.

I it ok to ch raise turn? I dont want to fold, and if he is on a draw he is comitted.

      Preflop size is OK imo.

Postflop, you can go 2 ways:

      i) cbet bigger and shove turn yourself
ii) cbet small like you did and check/shove turn to get some floats commited.

Check/shoving in 3bet pots on the turn is quite common since people float flop to bet turn quite often so you get to ship hands like AJ, QQ+ here that have quite a few bad river cards, esp OOP.
