If I raise flop it looks very strong, and I have bottom set. I am not sure if it is ok to stack off vs reggs? The board is draw heavy so I think I should raise, but I planned on turn.

Aganst regs it would indeed be marginal to stack off against regs with bottom set, espeically when one of them can definitely have top set being PFR, not caller. That said, it won't be a mistake (-EV) it will probably just not be as high EV as flatting.

On the turn, when you see CO bet it's hard to say because their range is not weak that's for sure.. Do you think they'd continue with Ax with diamonds a lot? What about other combo draws? If you assume only better sets stack off on the flop, the only hand that get put in more money that you beat now is AK which does count but AK also bets most rivers anyway. I personally prefer your line being OOP but I think there might be an argument for taking the passive line all the way after being passive on the flop.
