      NL Holdem $0.20(BB) Replayer
      SB ($9.85)
      Hero ($23.89)
      UTG ($24.30)
      CO ($27.95)
      BTN ($20)

      Dealt to Hero Q:club: 7:spade:

fold, fold, fold, SB raises to $0.50, Hero calls $0.30

      FLOP ($1) 6:spade: 8:diamond: 8:club:

SB bets $0.50, Hero calls $0.50

      TURN ($2) 6:spade: 8:diamond: 8:club: 6:heart:

      SB bets $1, Hero folds

      SB wins $1.90

      68/25, cbet 88 (8), cbet turn 100 (2), steal in SB 60 (5), 80h

Flop w backdorr draws and overcar is ok I guess.

On turn I cannot do much I guess. Still he mihgt be bluffing, but I would need to call with little equity and then bluff river and he rarely would fold I guess on this board.

      Hey,

we don't have many hands on this guy so we can't assess the situation extremely well. I think it's fine to float and try to win on turn when he checks in general.

That said, let's say those stats you posted are close to his general ones. Then calling flop to fold turn is very bad because you should expect a turn bet very very often. In that case you should float or raise, depending on what you think works best based on his river tendencies.

But how can I float if he bets turn? I probably would have floated.

Float means to call, mostly to take it down later with a bluff so you can float turn as well. That's what I meant: if your opponent is known to barrel you should not call flop to fold turn, instead you should have a plan of floating turn as well or raising.
