      Hi.

      What's his BU opening range? This information will be very useful in thinking about his starting Preflop range.

      Preflop: Since BU is tight, calling in the BB is fine. Vs a loose and aggressive BU I would usually 3bet AJ for value.

      Flop: C/C is the standard play but C/R can also be an option with TPTK since ranges are wider in late positions.

      Turn: Call

      River: I guess QJ and T9 now beats your hand, yet I think it's a little too strong to fold. Maybe players at NL5 don't 3barrel bluff enough though, so you could argue for an exploitive fold.
