Hello, I would like to know if there's a way to request a hand history from a tournament I've played.

I've been searching on the menus and in the help section and found nothing.

Thanks in advance if someone knows something about it.

      Hey Patapio,

Did you try asking their live customer support team if this is possible? Sounds like it would be the best way forward to me :)

      Regards,
      Gary

In the client, click on "Online Support" and a chat window opens.

I'm guessing that you would get the best reponse during UK business hours.

      Good luck...

I also had this problem there are two ways to do this:-

1- You can access them online via the main menu by selecting "My Account" you can then select "Cash Table History" or "Tournament History"

You should then be given a list of your activity from which you can make a selection.

2:- To access them locally, from the William Hill Main Screen select "settings" then within that select "System"

A list of Check Boxes should appear.

Select the Check Box next to "Store Hand Histories Locally".

      Click "Apply" then Click "OK"

      That should do it.

My hand histories are stored on my cumputer under:-

      C:\Poker\William Hill Poker\History\erictheblue\Table

      or

      C:\Poker\William Hill Poker\History\erictheblue\Tournament

I then use the free PS software "SideKick" to access the hand histories.
