I don`t want to call and play with BTN behind me, so i decided to 4bet and fold to a shove, given the starting positions and the stacks? He might sometimes call me with TT-QQ and AQ/AK or fold them, whick is also fine. Should i go for a smaller 4bet? Maybe smth. like 12,5$-13$?

I personally think calling to play postflop is the best option here. 4betting in this spot would basically turn your hand into a bluff which would not be the end of the world if he would actually fold a range that contains hands that have you well beat, but he doesn't... If you go multiway you get both BB and BU in with a lot worse Ax and Kx and multiway they will both play quite honest imo so it won't be that hard to play postflop.

I favour calling above both other options.
