      Preflop: Same as the A:dT hand, there is really no reason to 3bet her. You are in the BB, not in the SB. Unless BU has a really low fold to 3b of 50% or less, I Don't think you have value here.

      Turn: This could be a check, I really don't think you have 3 streets of value

      River: I'm not sure if he 4bets AQ preflop (he probably doesn't since you seem to be tight), and he should have AJ fairly often. This really depends on how often he calls you with A2s-A9s. Are you beating enough combos to value bet here? Will he always call you down on the River? I don't really think so given your tight image.
