Prima, $0.05/$0.10 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

      UTG: $13.31 (133.1 bb)
      Hero (MP): $10.23 (102.3 bb)
      CO: $6.04 (60.4 bb)
      BTN: $10.32 (103.2 bb)
      SB: $7.68 (76.8 bb)
      BB: $5.14 (51.4 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP with K K
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.30, 2 folds, SB calls $0.25, BB folds

      Flop: ($0.70) 7 T 2 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.45, SB raises to $1.50, Hero folds

He is repping sets ofcourse. Dont think he would play Flush draw this way given "stack size tell".

What can we do in particular case? Does situation would change if i had King of spades?
      Bombing would be overplaying?

      1. Villain is shorter than 100bb
      2. He could have worse made hands like TX
      3. He could definitely have flush draws

Here you can either 3bet the Flop, or you can call Flop and jam a blank Turn. I slightly prefer 3betting the Flop and then stacking off.
