      SB bets $0.18, Hero calls $0.18

      Turn: ($0.60) K (2 players)
      SB bets $0.44, Hero calls $0.44

      River: ($1.48) 8 (2 players)
      SB bets $1.48, Hero raises to $4.83 and is all-in, SB calls $2.06

      Villian bet quickly on all 3 streets, given that and the sizing, i was fairly confident villian had Ax, correct to play passively here, how is river play?

      Preflop: What do we know about him? We may even be able to 3-bet this for value preflop BvB

      Postflop: I think flop call is better than raise and even turn is fine because we have implied odds versus Ax (a lot more than the reverse implied versus full houses).

      Your river play is fine and necessary to maximize value from all Ax that don't have a fullhouse.

      Keep in mind that we lose to at least 66, KK, AK, A6 and A8 which is quite a few combos. But the rest of the Ax make up a lot more combos.
