Should I fold against tight range even minraise?

If he is an actual MSS player so he follows midstack strategy I would not fold. The 95 hands can just be bad run for him and he actually plays a lot looser. If you believe his preflop stats, it's likely you have to fold post becuase of how strong his range is, even against the minraise.
