      BB: $45.08 (90.2 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP with J J
UTG raises to $1.75, Hero calls $1.75, CO folds, BTN raises to $7, 3 folds, Hero raises to $13, BTN raises to $61.72 and is all-in, Hero calls $38.14 and is all-in

      $104.78 pot ($3 rake)
      Final Board: 9 J K A K
Hero mucked J J and lost (-$51.14 net)
      BTN showed K K and won $101.78 ($50.64 net)

      BTN 27/19/878 3b 3.8

Hmm, now I think his range was tight so I should fold.

However, when I play, I thought his BTn 3b range was 7.0 so I may 4b.
      How should I do?

When his overall 3bet is so small, you are probably overestimating his BU 3bet a bit. What is his squeeze? I think this is usually a fold. Backraising doesn't acheive much, you are basically 4betting JJ as the top of your range or very close to it but it's not much ahread of your opponent's squeezing range.
