      Against him I would prefer betting since we know he will call Kx but we don't know if he bluffs any busted draws. Furthermore, most busted draws have showdown value anyway.

      Against the river raise it's not an easy spot. I think calling is best but that's purely because of the odds. He can have some Q9s, QJ raise to give us enough odds to call river against a range also containing a whole lot of better hands.
