I decided to 3bet his minraise with a decent hand. He could definitelly call with worse and I have a position postflop. When I hit a top pair, I cbet the pot for protection against flushdraws and straightdraws. The turn card wasn't the best because it could complete some straightdraws or make him two-pairs, but I decided to cbet the pot again against a fish. The river was horrible, but I need about 16% equity there, so I called..

The biggest problem I see here is the lack of bet-size planning on every street.
      Two important things to note:
      -This is a 3bet pot
      -UTG has <100bb

I think potting both Flop and Turn is not a good idea, and it leads to awkward stack sizes on the River.

I would bet 80 cents on Flop. Pot would have $2.95 on Turn.
I would bet $1.70 on Turn. Pot would have $6.35 on River.
Villain would have around $5 in remaining stacks. When he jams, you can fold.
