if you filled in all the info and didn't lie anywhere you will get the 50$ eventually. Usually it takes around 48 hours. In case you were asked for an ID over email you need to send that in first and then wait the 48 hours after it has been processed..
You should take advantage of the waiting time and reread the strategy articles. Once your status changes to bronze you should definitely also watch the videos (under the videos tab up on the homepage)..
Have fun and good luck at the tables, you will get there eventually..
