      bet bigger on the flop, bet smaller on the turn. i guess you can figure out the reasons :P

      if he raises evaluate your pot odds+implied odds and call or fold, i'm probably calling a raise up to $3 or so... would be easier to call a raise if you bet lower.
      he's not valueraising a worse hand there.

      Do you think we can ever go broke here? Or against unknown is better just to call small raises?

      why would you want to go broke when an obvious flush and some random gutters complete?
      villain has to be really bad to raise and go broke with 2p there.

      if villain is really aggro he might turn some hands into a bluff on that card but that obviously shouldn't be assumed by default.
