      Hey Riverdiver,

      Check preflop is ok, especially when stacks aren't deep. Generally your hand might be strong enough to raise.

      Flop call is ok in limped pot.

      Against most opponents I would flat the turn and call most rivers (but probably not K). This particular opponents looks like a fish - it may be profitable simply to re-raise the turn for value or even shove.

      It's true you will get called by better 2pairs some of the time, but there are plenty of worse 2pairs, Ax and pair + draws that might call if this guy is a fish.
