Misleading terms and conditions

Hi Guys, just to inform you if you want to deposit on Poker770 to collect your 1st deposit bonus, they have 2 different kinds of points. Points770 Status are points that you get for raked hands, and Points770 are Points770 Status multiplied by multipier that depends on your status. It's like Bronze status has 250% multiplier so for 10 Points770 Status you get 25 Points770. Problem is in terms and conditions it says you have to collect 175 Points770 to release 2$ of bonus, but truth is you have to collect 425 Points770 Status to release 5$ of bonus (because bonus is released in 5$ chunks), so it's like more than 1000 Points770 if you're bronze.

Here is my conversation with support if you're interested in it:

Jonathan: Hello, this is Jonathan, how can I help you?
Oly770: Hi, I have question about bonus releasing
      Jonathan: sure
      Oly770: I made deposit today
Oly770: It says I have to collect 425 Points770 Status to release 5#
      Oly770: * 5$
      Jonathan: yes, this is correct
Oly770: But in Terms and Conditions it says Points770, and not Points770 Status. It's 250% differnet!
Jonathan: in this context, the Points770 are the Status Points
Jonathan: because only the Points you earn yourself can be taken into account
      Jonathan: not the award Points
Jonathan: you have accumulated so far 12.5 Status Points
Oly770: Yes but I've collected 31,28 Points770, and check terms and conditions. Status points are not mentiond there
      Oly770: It clearly says Points770
Oly770: Not even points, nor status points, but Point770
Jonathan: true, but, as I you can see in the same Terms and Conditions, "these points are earned based on raked* hands played (per raked hand played, regardless of the amount needed to play the pot)."
Jonathan: this is clearly a referrence to the Points players earns themselves
Oly770: Yes, but if you have 2 kinds of points with different names, then how can you write one name in terms and conditions and refer it to other. It's written with capital letter, so it's clearly a name!?
Jonathan: we refer to the Points770 that you earn yourself as Status Points in order to make the difference more clear
Jonathan: other than that, the all the Points770 you get are Points770, but some are earned and some are offered
Oly770: Yes, I understand that, but when you capitalize it, than it's a name for that kind of point.
Jonathan: sir, given the information you have at the very beginning of the Terms and Conditions, the fact that the P is capitalised shouldn't put you in difficulty
Oly770: Everywhere else where you refer to earned points it says Points770 Status except in terms and conditions
Oly770: I'm refering to to Points770 Status, where S is capitalized as well
Jonathan: be that as it may, it is only logical that the Points which are taken into account should be those players earn themselves
Jonathan: if you feel this rule should be made more clear than it already is, I will send your suggestion to our department in charge

Here are terms and conditions as well:

      Terms and conditions:

      - The bonus will be credited to your Poker770 account based on the following conditions:

      - Players can consult their bonus balance as well as their Points by clicking on My Account from the Poker770 Lobby.

The names are a bit too close together.

On William Hill the extra points are called "Award points" so the difference is a bit clearer.

The two different typs of "Points770" confused me at first too.

Look, I'm not trying anything. I really thought I have to collect a certain number of Points770 as it is stated in terms and conditions. After that conversation with support I figure it is logical that you must collect enough Points770 Status, but I still think it should be stated in terms and conditions that way. But if you all disagree then it's probably my bad.
