      first things first, your preflop sizing is very big.
      against bad players it shouldn't really matter very much, but against good players you should try to be reasonably balanced with your bet sizing and such a huge 4bet doesn't allow you to have 4bet bluffs.

      on the flop it's whatever really... he has 62BB left, you just can't really go wrong in any way.
      i'd probably go with betting about 16BB on flop and shipping turns when the pot will be like 2x his remaining stack.

      yeah, something like that is fine against that stack size + being ip.

      mostly:

      higher effective stack sizes = bigger 4bet
      being oop = slightly bigger 4bet
      fishy player = bigger 4bet (they don't care and you will mostly have a value range against them)
