      Preflop: Call looks standard. If his 3b% was much higher I would just 4bet this for value.

      Flop: Vs a reg I would probably c/c here with the nut flush draw as you don't really want to be raising any made hands on this Flop.

      Turn: What do you think villain has after checking Flop? I think leading Turn is alright but you can check again to bluff induce still from worse hands.

      River: If you think villain is on enough busted draws (everything missed besides T8s) then the c/c is fine.

      his range is AQ,also passively played 99,QQ.
      but he is a bit maniac so it can be light range

      I think he can definitely be checking air on the Flop. He's a fish after all. If a reg checks this KKX flop he probably has some showdown value with QQ-99. but fishes often check air on the flop and go for delayed cbets instead.
