      Hi

      Turn: Villain may delay cbet Turn to rep the Queen. I don't think you should lead the Turn.

      River: What do you think villain's calling range is on the River? Would he call any spade? or does he call tighter/wider than that?

      My guess is that you can think about value-betting J and better, and anything below that is probably a c/c. Some villains may turn AQo into a bluff on the River here.

      or middle pocket pair?

      just because you think he doesn't have a , doesn't mean that you can value bet, if he's never calling with worse. And the more often he has nothing to call you with, the more you shoudl consider checking to induce bluffs instead.
