      What are you usually doing in such situations? I can't rely on implieds given his position amd me being OOP. But at the same time I think he may call wider being IP after my 3b so it's probably for value + thinness is being compensated by dead money preflop\flop from either taking pot directly after 3bet or after cbet, what I lack staying passive preflop.

      I do prefer flatting in this spot, rather than 3betting.
      The hand plays well postflop as long as we don't go crazy with calling down, also opponent don't always cbet and we can take his stack if we hit a set.
