Is it ok to call raise on flop, with purpouse not to isolate only vs KK+, and sets since there are no draws. should I bet river, to get called by occasionally worse Qx?

If he raises Qx in your view, you should ship flop for value since his thin value range is way wider than bluffs imo.. there are no draws so unliekly he bluff raises to barrel/represent. That said, I wouldn't put Qx in his raising range there and would just call flop and check to call any bet on both turn and river. He raises quite polarised, at least perceived on such a flop and mostly air heavy so leading river will get close to 0 calls.
