      Flop: This is a decent spot to check back on the Flop. You are not getting 3 streets of value anyway. I think betting is also fine but if i wanted to bet here, I would not fold to a raise because there are just way too many draws out there.

      But if you bet here, you cannot fold on blank rivers if villain bets out because you are beating all the various busted straight draws like KT KQ QT T9 98 T8.

      I think betting Turn would definitely be overplay - I don't see him calling with enough worse hands to justify the play and turning a hand as strong as QQ into a bluff doesn't make any sense.

      River: I would not bet here as well. After the flush completed, I think villain is very likely to check the River again with many of his weaker AX hands. And I think people just play way more AX than JX preflop, and you are not guaranteed a call vs JX anyway so I think this is a check.
