      no stats.

I saw him donking 1/2 pot with TPNK (limp/called K7o) on all streets, even when the flush from the flop hit the river ( KdQd8s 2h2d)

Should i raise the flop or the turn?

As played, i guess folding to the overbet is fine?

      Hi A,

Folding to the overbet is definitely fine.

Given that you already know he leads with a depolarised sort of value range I like raising flop and betting all the way to make him call down for stacks. In such a situation your opponent has many worse Ax hands that call down after leading.
