      Preflop defend vs such a small raise is fine.

      Flop call with open ender should be fine. Typically you will have less implieds in these spots since making your draw can be transparent, but you may still get paid by fishy villain.

      I think turn raise is on the large size on 4 to straight texture. You don't have the nuts here and you need to make sure you get called by two-pair/flush-draws in this situation. I think the raise is fine, I prefer a min-raise.

      River is close. You could find a fold here. Hopefully villain is block-betting enough and chopping enough that you can call for the price you get. If villain bet much larger you can fold after board pairs.
