      if we were going to raise at any time i think flop is the best time to raise since the board can only get uglier on the turn.

      and if our plan is to call to bluffcatch then im calling turn as well. raising this turn is suicidal, nothing worse is calling. only straights and maybe flush draw(rarely he has it) is calling, i prefer calling to bluffcatch and then folding rivers since i dont expect him to bluff 3 streets.
