Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A:diamond: Q:diamond:

UTG raises to 4 BB, fold, fold, fold, fold, Hero calls 3 BB

      Flop: (8.5 BB, 2 players) A:spade: 3:diamond: 5:heart:
Hero checks, UTG bets 7 BB, Hero calls 7 BB

      Turn: (22.5 BB, 2 players) 7:heart:
Hero checks, UTG bets 16 BB, fold

      UTG wins 21.5 BB

      Villain's cb 50 over 6, tcb 100 over 1.

Ok, he's a nit too, but in such situations, I tend to fold generally. Like, If i have top pair, good kicker, and reg 2nd barrels. If his 2nd barrel stat isn't at least 60, and he barrels on blank, I fold. Is this logic flawed?

What's his UTG open %? Maybe you can fold AQs right away if his opening range is 8% or less.

If your hand is strong enough to call preflop then I think you may have to call twice. If you don't even think it's strong enough to call Flop and turn, then you might just want to fold preflop in the first place.
