      Hey,

      Flop can be a raise but I don't think it's mandatory. On the turn thoughm you should bet at least 3.25 and go from there. Board is bad, your opponent either hit OK judging by his flop donkbet or has random air that folds to any amount. I think bet/fold about 3.25 is best on the turn while flop raise is debatable but not great against a tight player after you open CO with the bottom of your range.
