      utg opens 30% from utg and folds 100% to 3bets 4/4
      and mp is a fish playing 23/8 over 13 hands

      thoughts on f/t/r?
      i think by river it is possibly spew to jam it in. i am just hoping to fold out 1 pair hands that cant beat Jx and A high fds.

      Hi,

      Preflop: looks fine

      Postflop: I think that expecting to fold pairs on the somewhat blank river is too optimistic.

      At best we are folding the A high draws and that's about it. And those draws may not even get to the river passively.

      I think that given our lack of equity and terrible turn card we should give up on the turn.

      its true that turn most likely is a give up, and i would do so against regular players. for some reason against fish i just try to get them to fold out their weak ranges but they always want to call....

      although i was surprised that villain called down with 66 :s_cry:

      I wouldn't be surprised he called 66... Afterall everything missed and you only rep a few overpairs :)

      Plus, remember that fish love to call and that's why we can valuebet thin very often. So trying to bluff them with little equity is burning money.
