      Hi.

      This highly depends on what UTG2's Flop calling range is. If it contains more than just straight draws and pairs/trips, then you should be calling here cos you beat AX and some other overcards.

      If not, you are virtually losing to everything (56, T9, J9, 7X, 8X)

      I think calling vs a smaller bet is more reasonable and folding vs a pot bet is fine. The pot bet is likelier to contain more stronger hands and a smaller bet should contain a larger amount of air hands while offering you better pot odds on a call.
