I was 3 betting him few times in a short times, he folded and now he 4bets. steals 56% bu, 4bets 16%. Is it ok 5bet min, I am doing this as a bluff only vs bu because size is smaller and I am not commited. I do 5bet min each time with hands I am going all in from all positions, still I have many more value hands than bluffs. Is it ok to cbet flop small or check flop since pot is huge?

Preflop: His 4b size is close to 20bb so I think jamming is an option. Min 5bet is also an option as well.

Flop: I think your cbet size is a little too small, I'll bet 25-30% pot by default in dry 5b pots.

Don't check, you should be betting your entire range on this flop. Maybe you can c/c stuff like AK/AQ high though, to induce bluffs from worse unpaired hands. I think it's really unlikely for BU to have a pair as he should usually be shipping preflop or flatting vs the 3bet. This leaves him mostly with unpaired suited stuff.
