I am not sure about going broke on the flop.. He called my 4-bet preflop, so I only beat TT-JJ, I think. Altough, he would shove most of the time preflop with KK-AA...

      Hey Aleen86,

I slightly prefer a flat vs 3bet preflop at these limits - since you don't necessarily want to stack off preflop here at these limits. It may be profitable to do so, but I think your EV will be slightly higher taking a flop.

As played there are enough available draws + worse overpairs that stacking off on flop will be ok. You will be up against AA/KK/set some of the time but these are slightly discounted from his range after he flats 4bet.

Preflop I would just flat the 3bet, because I think that by 4betting you:
#1 Isolate yourself vs QQ+/AK at best.
#2 Make him fold his bluffs.

I don't think stacking-off on this flop is going to be +EV int he long term because:
#1 I doubt he 3bets/flats JJ-TT - sample is too low to assume that.
#2 His flop range is rather QQ+/AdKd so we will pretty much always gonna be behind.
