      Hello!

On the flop I cbet with a flushdraw. I would probably check back the turn, but I got extra equity with a gutshot. On the river I decided to cbet and make him fold some pocket pairs or draws...

i think you played it fine, there are some hands that could fold river that are better than us like 9J JQ 8x A  x

      Hiya

The turn doesn't change much. The fact that your equity improved is not enough as you probably don't have any FE which is necessary as your hand is a bluff. Also, I assume the guy is a fish so we don't need to balance our 2nd barrels vs him. For these reason I would check back on the turn. River would play itself out.

      M2c.

With a flush draw we don't need him to fold so often and I expect him to have a wide range when calling the flop which could fold the turn whichfavors a turn bet.

      Edit: wrong post
Edit #2: Given that this guy is a fish, meaning he calls loose, what hands do you expect him to call the flop with and fold on the turn?

BTW, I agree that river bet is good as we can fold out better draws that missed.

      Possibly Ax Kx 3x 44 55 66 77
      56 for backdoor straight

I would disagree that he folds any made hand on the turn. However, there may be enough Ax/Kx in his range to generate some FE to justify a bet.

However, my personal preference would be a check :f_biggrin:

      Thanks for the discussion!
