      Hi RiverDiver,

      I feel that a tighter regular will rarely 3-barrel here with anything below JJ and even JJ may opt for a ck/call on the river. So given his line, and ours, I think that folding the river would be better.

      And as a side note, what's your reason for no 3-bet pre?

      Villain was UTG and pretty tight, and if he would 4bet he'd put me in a pretty nasty spot, that was my thinking. I thought I couldn't just 3bet an UTG open with QQ as a default :f_confused:

      Well, depending on what you think he 4-bets with we can theoretically still fold.

      Normally the 3-bet is for value versus his calling range but if you don't think he can call that wide or you aren't sure how to react to a 4-bet then just calling is an option too.

      Also, the guys behind us are important.
