      Villain is an unknown

Preflop: Decided to play 3b fold since villain calls much wider IP and I would expect him to 3b QQ+ AK although they may also be in his flatting range as well. I didn't want to call a play OOP because I will often have to x/f postflop in a situation where I think I can still extract value postflop OOP as PFA'r.

Flop: I don't see many worse hands calling a c-bet here, since I block some JX draws, so decided to x/c to avoid turning my hand into a bluff. Plan was to x/c the F to bluff induce and x/f the T to continued aggression since I think villain will frequently stab the flop and give up the T with anything that isn't a KX.

do you think that b/f F and re-evaluate T is a better line? Do you think villain will float all kinds here?

      Hi Muel,

I definitely think that bet/folding is better, 1/2 pot can still get called by worse, including floats.

As played your hand is clearly weak so an aggro opponent will make you fold it.

Were you planning on calling a small turn bet?

Yeah probably. Would you avoid doing this going forward? I think this is something I need to revisit playing pairs, esp PP's > TP

Doesn't a small bet commit you anyway? I mean he won't really bet much smaller than 1/2 pot bet which would leave you almost no money on the river.

If anything his shove looks weaker than a smaller bet because he really polarizes his range on this board.
