      SB: $3.50 (175 bb)
      Hero (BB): $2.18 (109 bb)
      UTG: $1.97 (98.5 bb)
      MP: $3.36 (168 bb)
      CO: $1.07 (53.5 bb) (43/12/3.8/4.2, hands 1.2k)
      BTN: $1.49 (74.5 bb)

Big Question: Should I go All In with a relatively loose player All In pre - flop with TT, after he/she 4 bets?

Preflop: Hero is BB with T T
2 folds, CO raises to $0.07, BTN folds, SB calls $0.06, Hero raises to $0.28, CO raises to $0.70, SB folds, Hero raises to $2.18, CO calls $0.37

      Flop: ($2.21) 5 K 9 (2 players)
      Turn: ($2.21) A (2 players)
      River: ($2.21) 7 (2 players)

      $2.21 pot ($0.13 rake)
      Final Board: 5 K 9 A 7
      Hero showed T T and won $0.00 (-$1.07 net)
      CO showed A A and won $2.08 ($1.01 net)

What do we need to know here is his tendencies against 3bets.
He is loose preflop, but he is quite passive - he raises only 1/4 of the hands he plays.

Here are his 3 bet stats: 1200 hands sample

      3 bets 4.2%, Calls 3B 57% overall, from CO position 40%. Fold to 3B 33%, from CO position 40.

      vs 3 bet:
      Call 3B: 57%
      Fold to 3B: 33$
      Raise 3B (4B): 12%

So from his stats we can assume that he is rarely folding to 3bets, calling a lot and rarely 4betting.

This would mean that he is only 4betting his strong hands, so we can't really have any fold equity when he 4bets and we should now try to see what is his range.
So we need around 38% to be break even and even against a very tight range such as QQ+, AK we do have 36%.

If we add JJ we do have a little bit less equity, but in the long term we would be around break even when we call this.

So we should decide whether or not to call this depending on how much do we 3bet against the guy - if we only 3bet something like TT+, AK, we could easily fold here since we don't win anything, but if we 3bet a wider range we should call this.
