CO checks, Hero bets 20.98 BB, fold

Hero shows Q:diamond: A:heart: (High Card, Ace)
      Hero wins 28.5 BB

Is it ok to bet flop, and then turn on scare card whicha he probably doesnt have? I would also bet river. So I am not sure how good it is to try to fold fish. Some fish are tight, and some are calling each hand, so I dont know how to recognize that in small sample?

J is fine barreling card. If you want you can always c/f, since 65/19 would likely not fold too often, but if my image is tight, then barreling is always correct. He may easily have random hand that he called on the flop.

      best regards,
