A bit of freeplay and slowplay here, good for my homework :)
Opponent is 56/3 over 100 hands.
On flop I decide to slow play a bit. Boards looks dry for his range. Don't want to scare the short stack away.
On turn I throw in a small raise for value and secretly hope he holds Kx or Qx and would raise me again.
      Standard value bet on river.
Could I have gotten more value out of this situation?

Preflop we could attack his limp but checking is fine as well.

Considering his stack size, we should consider raising right from the flop in order to try to get the money in. Also the board is quite connected so I would make it $0.08 on the flop.

Raise bigger on the turn - like $0.12.

As played, I'd bet $0.16 on the river.
