      He's short, I don't think you can fold overpair somewhere vs him. You can get calls from various tens, like AT, KT, QT, JT, pockets like 99, 88, 77. To me it's a bet on the turn (considering draws also) & given his stack size I'd bet all 3 streets here.

      Preflop: looks fine

      Postflop: I would cbet larger on the flop and turn and then ship the river. He is short and most likely fishy so he has plenty of worse in his range.
