      Hey Daisuke3823,

      If you think villain is a maniac, I doubt 3betting preflop will the best play. Fold to 3bet is low also, your preflop play makes no sense here.

      It can sometimes be fine just to defend SC passively OOP. Generally you shouldn't, but there are exceptions.

      I guess flop play is ok, although ideally you wouldn't be in this situation in first place.

      River is possibly a fold. If villain wanted to bluff likely he would continue to do so on the turn. I think villain spikes the K too often for a call to be profitable here. Depends on how you've seen him play I guess.
