      Hero (UTG): $2 (100 bb)
      MP: $0.97 (48.5 bb)
      CO: $2.70 (135 bb)
      BTN: $2.11 (105.5 bb)
      SB: $0.90 (45 bb)
      BB: $2.21 (110.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with T T
Hero raises to $0.06, 4 folds, BB raises to $0.18, Hero calls $0.12

      Flop: ($0.37) T A 8 (2 players)
BB bets $0.24, Hero calls $0.24

      Turn: ($0.85) 5 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.50, BB folds

      $0.85 pot ($0.05 rake)
      Final Board: T A 8 5
      Hero mucked T T and won $0.80 ($0.38 net)
BB mucked and lost (-$0.42 net)

      Villain is 75/42 over 53 hands, 23.1% 3bet out of 26 hands.

Considering villains super aggro fishyness, I figured a call would be fine pre flop. Also considering how aggressive this guy is, is calling the flop better than raising? Or is raising still better to get value now and to make sure he doesn't draw relatively cheap?

I like the way you played the hand here.
You can defend this hand against this guy here preflop.

On the flop I do prefer just calling as well. If he has Ax the money goes in anyways but if we just call we give him the chance to bluff on the turn again.
