Pre flop and flop is pretty standard I think.

On the turn I decided to just call. His bet is super small and looks super weak. I'm not sure if he really will call with much worse, but I figured I could probably get more money out of him if I would let him bet the river again. Given his weak bets all throughout the hand I was pretty certain he didn't have a T. If he would have 3bet me on the river though, I certainly would have folded.

Can we raise for value on the turn?

I think calling the flop is close here and I wouldn't mind just letting this go, but I certainly wouldn't say that calling is bad.

As played, I'd rather raise the turn here.

As played, raising the rive ris fine.
