Preflop, i think is fine with the deeper stacks.

Flop, should i raise to make him fold AK/AQ or it`s too optimistic?

I think calling turn is fine. I should have enough equity and some implied odds.

If he check the river, does bluffing make sence?

      Hey A,

Preflop is OK imo as well.

Postflop, you can raise flop, you have quite some equity but at the same time, you can win later. It matters a lot what your preflop range here is so you can put KQcc in your range and decide if you want it in your flop raising range (if you even have one on Axx) or not.

I think you played it profitably... I think river bluff would not make sense though.. What do you think you can make him fold? Wouldn't he check turn or flop with most hands that can fold to a river bluff?
